Mr. Guillama has 15 years of experience resolving the full range of family law issues. He is a persuasive negotiator who resolves a large number of disputes without the need to litigate. At the same time, he is a trial-tested attorney who is always prepared to advocate for his clients in Pennsylvania Family Court if a fair agreement cannot be reached amicably.
We pay careful attention to the needs of children who are involved in family law matters. For the past 13 years, Mr. Guillama has served as Berks County’s juvenile conflict attorney. He is routinely appointed by judges in Berks County to represent children charged with acts of delinquency. In that role, he has earned a stellar reputation for his work with children in the juvenile court system, many of whom come from families in which the parents are divorced or separated.
Because he has represented clients in family law courts in Berks County and surrounding counties for so long, Mr. Guillama has a strong understanding of how the courts’ judges, masters and domestic relations officers apply and interpret Pennsylvania family law statutes.
